The HDL-F3000 is an Ultra Low-light Multi-Purpose Compact Camera, especially well suited for airborne gyro applications. The camera head is compact and light enough (depth : 80mm / weight:1.0 kg) for use with a telephoto lens where space and weight are limited such as in the gyro ball of a helicopter. It produces color images under ultra low light conditions down to an amazing 0.0068lx minimum scene illumination (0.000057lx with Frame Accumulation ON), including under starlight.
