PIE-650
Plane Inspection Equipment
PIE-650 is a Surface Inspection System (WEB Inspection System), contains high speed scanning cameras (max. data rate: 850MHz), to detect any defects of a variety of web materials such as metal foils, sheet steel, paper and unwoven for sheet inspection, and glass, laminate plates, resin and food for individual sample inspection.
It performs high precise inspection and user-friendly operation with Ikegami unique image processing technology.
High speed line sensor cameras

- Various type of camera are usable.
Max. data rate: 850MHz, Number of pixels: 2,000 pix - 16,000 pix." - Max. 43 cameras can be set per system.
Flexible configuration according to the object, necessary resolution, and working width, max.
43 sets can be installed per line. (more than 43 sets is also configurable by optional settings.)
Operability

Failed Object Display
- Real-time display
Failed/defective objects can be displayed on screen in real-time. - Mapping display
Multiple objects can be displayed as a map, and each object is clickable to switch individual image view.

Object Images Listing Feature
- All images can be listed on display with inspected data.
Even during the inspection, a simulated result report can be viewed.

Statistical Data Display
- Statistical data can be displayed as charts.
Inspection result can be displayed as statistical data as numbers.
Staging feature

HIGH RESOLUTION STAGE
- High resolution camera will detect objects precisely.
High speed line-sensor camera (max. data rate 850MHz) will detect objects precisely. - PIE-650 is suitable for high-speed production line.
(Films, glasses, metal foils, laminate plates, resin, sheet steel, paper, unwoven, rubber and food, etc.)

PINHOLL STAGE
- Pinhole + size detection
Pinholl with physical size detectable.

SPECIAL STAGE
- Dual-inspection by a special custom camera is also available.
One camera can inspect 2 stages. (Option)
Detection sample
Newly developped algorithm can detect various defect type.
Contaminations, uneven surface, unwanted lines, also dingy can be detected.
Simulation function
By combining multiple algorithm, threshold and detection size can be configured.
This menu can be used as a naming tool of defect obejcts as well.
