Ikegami Tsushinki Co., Ltd. has acquired ISO/IEC 27001 (JIS Q 27001) certification, the ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification standard.

ISMS stands for “Information Security Management System” and is a framework for “ensuring a security system” to protect various information assets handled by an organization and to gain the trust of various stakeholders. 
As “professionals contributing to the professionals,” we will continue to maintain and improve our information security management system and provide products and services of higher quality, safety and reliability than ever before.

What is ISMS?

ISMS is a system in which an organization determines the required level of security based on its own risk assessment, develops a plan, allocates resources and operates the system, in addition to technical measures for each individual problem. 
The goal of an ISMS is to gain stakeholders’ trust in risk management by maintaining and improving the balance between confidentiality, integrity and information availability through the application of risk management processes.
To achieve this goal, it is important to integrate ISMS into the organization's processes and management structure.
