The HSM Series is a HD / SD-SDI matrix switchers, employing reclock function. The maximum numbers of inputs and outputs are 64 inputs and 64 outputs for HSM-6464, 32 inputs and 32 outputs for HSM-3232 and 32 inputs and 16 outputs for HSM-3216.

Multi-format

Internal processing is performed fully using serial signals. Each serial signal is reclocked. The units are compatible with different signal formats. By having open interior, the switcher can be used as a matrix switcher for HD / SD-SDI signals. As the output remains positive on the terminal, it can also be used as a matrix for DVB-ASI signals.

Flexible Operation

Even where HDTV and SDTV signals are used together, it can be used as an independent matrix switcher by mapping the matrix.

Control Panel

The layout of the control panel can be configured to enhance usability.

Network

LAN (ARCNET) is employed to communicate with the control panel.

Dual Power supply

The power supply can be changed as easy as any other board, thanks to its modular design. Also, you can have a dual power supply system by adding an extra power supply for a backup.
